As a small business owner, reaching more customers can be effectively done by meeting them on social media, which is increasingly where they spend their time.
With its daily active user base of over 9 million Aussies, Facebook remains one of the most popular social media platforms. Utilising this platform can serve as a strong promotional channel for your business. However, using a personal Facebook profile for business purposes is not always ideal. Creating a Facebook Business page allows you to promote your store or business and boost your sales by reaching a wider audience.
In this guide, you will discover everything essential for creating, managing, and promoting your Facebook Business page.
What is a Business Facebook page?
A Facebook Business page is a distinct kind of Facebook profile designed for business use.
You can also utilise extra e-commerce features like Facebook Ads and Facebook Shop to market and sell your products through Facebook. Interested Facebook users can "Like" your business page to stay updated on your activities. Additionally, since Business pages are generally public, customers don't necessarily need to actively follow you to view your page.
